When picking a solar company, I wanted to go with local company for support. I am glad I did.Isaksen Solar reviewed my property location, home power needs, and future power needs. They explained in detail how many panels and what I could add in the future. This included changing my furnace to heat pumps or future purchase Electric Vehicle.They also took the time to explain timelines on how long the power companies and local town approvals took before they could start installation.My lot has good exposure for a ground mount and good exposure for cost effective roof installation. Isaksen went over the pros and cons for both installs.With my lot I went with a ground mount which took multiple visits of Isaksen crew. Each member planning the placement, installing the ground mounts, installing panels, installing lines, and transfer switch were very knowledgeable. During their visits they took the time to explain the system. Also, during these visits the Isaksen back office was working to get town hall approvals, power company approvals and the new power company meter installed. Yes, my first zero-dollar bill came on as scheduled.I highly would recommend Isaksen Solar!

Researched Solar systems for several years before making the decision to have one installed. Old NE Colonial with neither large roof surface facing south (roughly 50° NE and 250° W). Initially, was looking for a 12,000 kW system. Isaksen was able to get 11,600 kW total on the 2 surfaces.Very happy with the system Isaksen Solar installed. Chantel and Sabrina were both very responsive and answered any questions we had during the process. The installation crew was respectful of the property and did an excellent job of keeping the visible electrical part of the installation to a minimum, making the finished installation look neat and clean. Two thumbs up and a big thank you to both the office and the crew. The system has been on for 9 days with most of them being overcast or partially overcast. Even with that, our meter is showing we have generated more power than we have used. I realize that will probably change over the winter months however, it will be interesting to see how the system performs over the next and following years. Thank you to Isaksen and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to install a system.

After consulting with about a half-dozen local and national vendors we went with Isaksen. Our sales rep Randi was professional and responsive, their analysis and presentation were informative and clear and they were up front about delays and issues that arose over the course of the purchase. The process was painless and the finished product looks great and so far the system is performing to expectations.

I have a very small system and had struggled to get a solar company to get approval for my house. Isaksen worked with me and were able to get everything approved and appropriately sized with National Grid. They kept me in the loop as the install was occurring and made it very easy for my tenants during the install and final inspections. I really appreciate the amount of time they spent going over everything and working to get my system approved.

The whole Isaksen team was very helpful and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to get solar panels again from them!!! I am a first time solar panel user and I will admit I had no idea how they worked, the Isaksen team walked me through the whole process from start to finish and explained exactly what to expect from solar. I am very happy with the decision to go solar and I would recommend using Isaksen to all my family and friends, which I will.

Hello I wanted to share my experience with Isaksen Solar. What I can say is a class act. A 10 from top to bottom. Very professional and courteous. The installation was done so well. Very neat and clean. No issues at all to speak of. I would recommend Isaksen to anyone I know who wants Solar. Way to go Isaksen!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Randi Amaral with Isaksen Solar made a dream project come true for us. From the first visit, Randi was extremely thorough, patient, professional, and very responsive. We asked a million questions and she answered every one! The planning, and installation were seamless and we are now enjoying the production. Good bye electricity bills. I highly recommend Randi and Isaksen Solar. It is definitely worth your time.

Charlene provided me multiple quotes, she was always responsive and polite. However, after signing a $86,900 agreement for 36 ground mount panels we heard nothing at all for 6 months. (~Keep in mind you you can get 36 panels from tesla for $44k, but their reputation isn't great and they don't do ground mount.)After 7 months we received one single update from Matt, which was that the town of Dighton was holding things up. Despite dozens of attempts to contact them I have received no further updates from Isaksen. I did receive an update from Dividend bank that the solar loan expired last month. Isaksen then sent me one response saying sorry for the delay but the town held things up so long the loan did expire.At this point I thought the contract was null and void, yet now they are sending people over to measure to install a $86k system with no agreement on terms or financing lined up to pay for it! Again, no response from Isaksen when asking what is going on.I recently worked with the town of Dighton to permit a shed, they were very responsive. So we tend to think the issue was the same issue we have, can never get a response from Isaksen!*Update... As noted below I did receive a call from the company after posting this and we are trying to sort it out. I will update this with my new experiences if and when they occur. As of 08/11/23 they are working with the town of Dighton on approvals.

Prior to contacting Isaksen Solar, we had spoken with three other companies, none of whom were "drop-ins while in the neighborhood". From the outset, the presentation in the fall, 2022 by Randi, Project Manager, was the most thorough, responsive, and best aligned to our residential needs. Options being considered, including number and power of panels, were presented forthrightly, not subject to review back at the office, with the exception of a minor final roof location adjustment. Randi also had the foresight to ask if our future plans included a charging station for an EV vehicle. Once our decision was made, all other details, contract, and installation proceeded as expected and requested, all on-time without a glitch. The installation was professionally done in 1 day by respectful, knowledgeable, and skilled workers. Since the installation "power-up", the solar production versus usage has not disappointed. Thank you Isaksen Solar and Randi for your continued monitoring and support, and we look forward to the positive results continuing.Steve

Isaksen Solar was excellent to work with. We ended up needing to replace our roof before installing the solar and they helped us find a roofer and worked with the roofing company to time everything. They seamlessly handled the whole process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in solar.

I met with a few solar companies when I first started looking at switching over to solar. The other companies I met with were good, but when their representative left, I felt like they did not answer all my questions knowledgeably.Isaksen was different. Jonathan answered all my questions confidently. And accurately, as it ended up.The installers and the electricians were great. They explained everything and made sure I understood it. And then when it was time to switch over my meter, I had the same experience. Great.I would highly recommend (and have to people I talk to ) Isaksen Solar to anyone looking to convert to solar energy.

From our first interaction with Isaksen Solar's rep Matt, we knew we had chosen the right solar company. Matt's explanations were thorough and understandable, he answered any and all questions we put to him (there were many), and he always got back to us quickly when we contacted him. The price was reasonable and the components of the system were top shelf. The workers were courteous and knowledgeable, plus they were respectful of our property. A great company that we would recommend to anyone.

I checked out two other solar companies before I choose Isaksen. They gave a great upfront fair pricing. Never went up on the price afterwards. They gave me an install date and kept to it. Everything they said came 110 % true. Could not be any happier with them. After the installation I found out they did a free upgrade if my energy usage changes with everything being run of electricity now we all should now what's coming. New electric car new electrical heat pump or more ac. Iam covered with no more ripping up my outside wall. When it came time to apply for my energy credit they were there to help me and walk me through the process of getting it as they promised. I would go out of my way to recommend them to anyone. One of the better projects I have done all thanks to a great well run company. Great job Isaksen. Way to go

I started my Solar journey by sitting down with 8 different companies, and after quickly seeing the difference between people just trying to make a sale and companies who actually are trying to do what makes sense for their customers, it quickly dwindled down to two options. With Isaksen having the products and brands I wanted to go with, it was a no brainer to sign on with them.Throughout the process, Isaksen continually exceeded my expectations with their communication, quality of their workmanship, and keeping me up to date with everything that was going on. Aesthetic was extremely important to me, and they knocked the clean install out of the park. Brad, my salesperson, was extremely informative and responded to my million texts, no matter how annoying I'm sure I was at times.If you are looking at doing solar, shop around, but make sure Isaksen is on your list. If they are, they'll get your business because they are truly better than the competition, and it becomes obvious very quickly.

200+ reviews, 1 year later and still maintaining a 5-star rating for me and everyone else. What more can I say? All I know is I'm detail oriented, did my homework and probably drove Ryan nuts at times. The cost of electricity continues to go up. It was 18 cents when I first started looking. It's now 25 cents per kwh. The incentives make it a no brainer. At the end of the day, you are going to spend the money. Why not invest in a system that locks you into a rate? The entire crew was amazing to work with. These guys care and so do the guys that work on the install. A year later and no regrets. I now pray for rain at night, look forward to bright sunny days and have become addicted to checking production.

We are beyond thrilled with our experience in selecting Isaksen to provide solar for our new home! The entire operation, from start to finish greatly exceeded our expectations. Isaksen was very detail oriented in designing our system to maximize the solar production and the design process was easy and very informative as a homeowner. They went above and beyond to work with us months ahead of time to take advantage of installing conduits inside the house while we had the walls opened up as part of a larger renovation project. We also worked with them to review the impact of relocating roof obstructions such as the toilet vent stack, to maximize the production as well as overall appearance. Upon their confirmation, once we had the toilet vent relocated, the entire rear roof could be filled with panels! Now that the system is operating and we are moving into longer days, we are thrilled to have zero electric bills and building up credits from the surplus of electricity we are sending back to the grid. The Isaksen team was very professional and over communicative throughout the entire process (Intro->Design->Permitting->Install->Approvals->Activation!). We 1000% recommend Isaksen to anyone who is thinking about solar. You will not find a more professional and genuine solar company out there!

Any time he needed to be contacted for a question or concern he explained everything and never had to wait for a response. Ryan and his team are incredible. They are extremely professional and honest. Ryan takes the time to explain and answer all of my questions. Their work is top notch and they take pride in hiding all of the wires and equipment. If anyone is looking for solar, I highly recommend Isaksen solar. It was extremely important I went with an honest local solar company instead of a shady nationwide company.

It has been almost one year since we had 24 solar panels installed on our roof by this company. During the sales estimate phase Ryan was just awesome to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable and eager to answer thoroughly all of our questions. The price we ended up paying for the system was less than the initial estimate. The electricity produced by the system was more than we expected. I would like to say it performed flawlessly but about 10 months after installation the inverter went bad. However, since the system came with a 20 year warranty, an Isaksen tech arrived the next day after I called and replaced the inverter free of charge. After about a year of use we have paid zero dollars for electricity -and National grid, so far, has paid US about $500! So far, this is one of the best businesses that we have ever dealt with. Ryan will work with you all the way. He even helped with the paperwork and the questions for the federal and state solar credits on our taxes!

From Ryan himself to his installation team and everyone who works at the office, they are extremely professional and will absolutely go out of there way to make sure that everything is done right. They make sure that the system and any information that they give is fully understood. The installation team made sure that they left everything better than they found it.
