Eligibility:

1. The Solar System Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island who are homeowners and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
2. Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members of Isaksen Solar (“Sponsor”) and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date] at 12:00 AM EST and ends on [End Date] at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be accepted.

How to Enter:

1. During the Entry Period, participants can enter the Sweepstakes by visiting Solar System Giveaway, completing the entry form, and providing all required information, which may include name, email address, phone number, and home address.
2. Only one entry per person and household will be accepted.

Winner Selection:

1. The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
2. The drawing will take place within [number of days] days after the end of the Entry Period.
3. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification:

1. The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within [number of days] days after the drawing.
2. The potential winner must respond to the notification within [number of days] days to claim the prize.

Prize:

2. The solar system prize includes installation and equipment costs within the specified value.
3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
4. The winner will be solely responsible for any additional costs beyond the $50,000 prize value, including but not limited to any upgrades or modifications to their electrical system that may be required for installation.

Verification:

1. The potential winner must provide proof of homeownership in Massachusetts or Rhode Island to claim the prize.
2. The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release as a condition of receiving the prize.

Publicity Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, the winner grants Isaksen Solar the right to use their name, likeness, and any provided testimonial for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.

General Conditions:

1. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.
2. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to any occurrences that would disrupt the administration, security, or fairness of the promotion.
3. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participating in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize.

Privacy Policy: Any personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will be subject to our Privacy Policy.

These terms and conditions represent the complete and binding agreement between the participant and the Sponsor concerning the Sweepstakes. If any provisions of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
